Dear Investor,

Client’s queries / complaints may arise due to lack of understanding or a deficiency of service experienced by clients. In case of any grievance/ complaint against the Intermediary:

  • Clients can seek clarification to their query and are entitled to make a complaint in writing, orally or by phone. An email may be sent to the Client Servicing Team on ashok@courserpark.com. Alternatively, the Investor may call the office on +91 80 4173 5687
  • A letter may also be written with their query/complaint and posted to the mentioned address (Place of business): No 633, IVth Cross, 100 ft Road, III Block, Koramangala, Bangalore – 560034
  • Clients can write to the Compliance Officer at Courser Park Advisors LLP – Ms Gayathri Vittal Rao at gayathri@courserpark.com if the Investor does not receive a response within 10 business days of writing to the Client Servicing Team. The client can expect a reply within 10 business days of approaching the Compliance Officer.

  • In case you are not satisfied with our response, you may refer your complaint to any of the offices of the regulator – The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). SCORES portal and ODR portal has been established for resolution of disputes arising in the Indian Securities Market. If you are unsatisfied with the response or resolution provided, you may access SCORES portal or ODR Portal, via the below links –

All accessibility-related grievances will be acknowledged within 2 working days.
